Title of Classroom research : THE CONSTRUCTION OF COMIC BOOKS ENTITLED “GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF FROG CHICK AND INSECT” IN BIOLOGY FOR MATHAYOMSUKSA V STUDENTS Researcher : Mr. Suwit Disthanate Advisors : Associated Professor Wimol Samranwanich Yupa Puengchimplee Abstract The purposed of this study was a produced the comic books for teaching in Biology on “Growth anad Development of Frog, Chick and Insect ” for Mathayomsuksa V students The sample group consisted of 42 students of Nakorn Khon Kaen School, Khon Kaen Province, who were studying in Mathayomsuksa V in The second of the academic year 2007 and were selected to try-out in this study. The sample group was deviced students for trying-out as One-to-One Testing (3 students), Small Grouop Testing (9 students) and Field-Testing (30 students) respectively. The effectiveness index of comic books of One-to-One Testing; Growth and Development of Frog, Chick and Insect are 0.45, 0.56 and 0.28. The effectiveness index of comic books of Small Group Testing; Growth and Development of Frog, Chick and Insect are 0.45, 0.56 and 0.28. The effectiveness index of comic books of Field-Testing; Growth and Development of Frog, Chick and Insect are 0.5, 0.7 and 0.42. So, the effectiveness index of comic books ; Growth and Development of Frog, Chick and Insect are 0.5, 0.7 and 0.42. and can be used in teaching in Mathayomsuksa V students for summative score increasing at 0.05
